The traditional hotel was original. The breakfast deal was generous with bagels, a waffle iron, orange juice. The property had a great location steps away from a 32-acre park. This hotel was in a very quiet area right by the historic Treme, and Downtown and Armstrong park.

The hotel with a nice size rooms, in a very historic area, in the Treme neighborhood. Wonderful location with private parking for guests. And 10 mins walk to The Paraplex Annex.

The breakfast was generous, the staff was fantastic, the grounds were fairly clean. I had the a double room which was clean and very pretty with a balcony. The location was marvellous for me as it was near to the trolley and french quarter, the local grocery store and French Quarter, waffle maker for waffles in the morning. The service was fantastic in my opinion. Got ironing free of charge, not bad too.
Pity, but the beds were too firm.

I greatly enjoyed a nice size and pet-friendly room in this hotel.
My room included an excellent air conditioning, it's own balcony, and a chair. The location was magnificent - walking distance to everywhere I wanted to go. The airport was 0.5 miles away.

Our stay at the New Orleans Guest House was a pleasant one. The location was ideal, with many major attractions within walking distance. The lobby house was beautifully designed, adding to the overall charm of the place. Additionally, we were impressed with the eco-friendly soaps provided in the room.

Well decorated and airy room with balcony, spent our time lovely. Everything here was nice. The location seemed good and magnificent very close to bus line. Plus, it was right by the different attractions and French Quarter, waffle maker for waffles in the morning and new orleans business district.
